With the evolving landscape of e-commerce, Phyto-C products sold online must adhere to the following terms to ensure quality control and brand integrity.

Internet Sales

The Professional is authorized to sell Phyto-C products online under the condition that any online presentation includes a clear statement from the licensed skincare specialist: "PHYTO-C products are formulated with potent active ingredients for use under professional supervision."

Internet sales are restricted to the United States only. Sales must be directed exclusively to end-users — distribution to third parties, distributors, or resellers is prohibited.

Pricing Policy

PHYTO-C upholds a strict no-discount policy. Resellers must not advertise prices exceeding 20% off MSRP. Discounts up to 15% during major U.S. holidays are permitted with prior written approval. Coupon codes and automatic cart discounts are expressly forbidden. Products may not be sold on eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms without express written approval.

Promotional Materials

Phyto-C's Internet Promotional Material may be used only on the Professional's own webpage(s) without alteration to logos, trademarks, or brand assets. Use of alternative promotional materials requires written approval.

Website Requirements

All registered websites must display the affiliated medical director and/or physician's name and credentials, a physical address, and a contact telephone number for customer inquiries.

Termination

PHYTO-C reserves the right to terminate online selling rights for non-compliance. Upon termination, all PHYTO-C materials must be promptly removed.
